12 session three month Coaching
I will be a collaborative partner on your journey, helping draw out of you what you already know, believe, and desire. In our first session, your intake form provides a springboard to understand where you would like to focus as well as what your values, strengths, supports and challenges are. We will collaborate, through conversation and brainstorming, in creating actionable strategies for achieving your specific goals around your chosen area of focus. A typical coaching session includes a process which helps you identify strengths, clarify values, set priorities, brainstorm possibilities, and design positive goals.
Your first two sessions are 60 minutes in length and your last 10 are 30 minutes in length. Sessions typically take place once per week either in person or over the phone. Twelve sessions over a roughly three month period is short enough to stay focused, and long enough to develop ideas and some new habits.
People who have the best experience in coaching are the ones who are personally invested in the process. Reasons for seeking out a wellness coach are varied, and can range from a desire to be more active, to shift eating habits, to learn how to handle stress or to have more down time in a busy schedule.
