for a raw and low glycemic breakfast suggestion:
Sunflower cereal:
1 cup Sunflower seeds: soaked for 8 hours
¼ cup Raisins: soaked for ½ hr (or longer)
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Grind the sunflower seeds and raisins in a blender or processor. Mix with sprouts and enjoy!
