Dressings:

Balsamic Vinegar and Olive oil.  Our Standby. You can add garlic or herbs fresh or dried. Thyme, summer savory parsley. Did you know that in France, the standard ratio of oil to vinegar is five to one, not two to one? Try it. Our fear of fats has had us missing this good idea!!
    
Green Takini Dressing
    ½ C sunflower seeds
    ½ C olive oil
    ¼C apple cider vinegar
    2 C parsley, chopped
    Garlic
    Sea salt to taste
    Water
The dressing will thicken if you let it sit. Just add water until you have reached the desired consistency.

   
Creamy Dill Dressing
    ½ C sunflower seeds
    ½ C olive oil
    ¼ C apple cider vinegar
    ½ C dill weed
    Garlic from garlic press
    Sea salt to taste
Add water until desired consistency is achieved.
