Kale Chips: handy for a snack because they keep, Great for camping food.
Stem and chop:
Bunch of Kale or collards
Mix with:
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1/4 C tahini
1 tbsp olive or coconut oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne
Dry in a dehydrator until crunchy
or Bake in the oven at your lowest heat until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
