Massaged Kale Salad with Yeast  a la Molly
   Cut kale: to thin strips. Add a touch of Olive oil and lemon juice.
   Massage: until the kale starts to soften and wilt: 2-3 minutes.
   Toss with: two handfuls of nutritional Yeast
   Dress With: 2/1 ratio your choice of olive oil Sesame oil, to lemon juice and vinegar.
