Snacks For the SCECD: no need to feel deprived!! 

Wrappings: nori sheets, a slice of beef, a thin slice of smoked salmon. . . 
Dippers: cucumbers, beans, carrots, celery
Sauces:  Home made Mayo,  Hollandaise,  Guacamole, 
Proteins: chunks of ham, chicken, meatballs, salmon
​Left Overs: ​get some tight sealing glass containers to carry leftovers

Avocados: with oil and vinegar, with sauerkraut, all by themselves!!
Sardines
wrapped in nori sheets 
Kippered herring with red or green peppers
Hard boiled eggs and avocado slices dipped in home made mayo 
Smoked Salmon & cucumbers or avocados
wrapped in nori
A handful of Nuts and Berries
Slices of roast beef wrapped around cucumber, or green beans.
Chicken
leftover bits dipped in salsa or guacamole.
Celery or Carrots
dipped into nut butter.
Chunks of chicken, cucumber, olives, olive oil
Egg Salad
made with home made mayo.
