Stir Fry Du Jour  Breakfast and many meals start with a pan of fried vegetables. The Brits call it a "Fry Up"

2 Tbsp of healthy fat of choice: butter, coconut oil, rendered lard 
Chop onions, garlic. Fry until translucent.
Add vegetable of the day: greens, broccoli, cauliflower, summer squash, peppers,  tomatoes or. . . .

For protein, serve with eggs, or add left over salmon, beef, chicken, turkey.
