Breakfast Favorites Whats the big deal about breakfast?  Breaking your fast sets your appetite for the rest of the day. Once you stop thinking of breakfast as toast and oatmeal, a muffin, you might wonder what else there is? The whole list of allowed foods!! Hungry for steak? Bacon? Ham? Almond flour baked goods?

Eggs: The perfect protein, easy to digest, the standard by which other protein are measured!!  Fried over easy, scrambles, omelet.
  
       Serve them up with:


Stir Fry Du Jour

Frizzled Ham: fry up a slice of ham in oil, butter.serve with greens.

Bacon of course!!

Left over Steak  or Turkey, or Salmon...  This is not about deprivation!!

Some like Soups: toss a few greens, sprouts or left over eats into a Bone Broth base

For Grain Substitute: Stir Fried Sprouts, Cauliflower Rice., Cauliflower Hash

For the Crunch:
Toss some Toasted pumpkin seeds, nuts, or sprouted and dried buckwheat onto your greens.
