You are the expert about you. Building on your history of hopes and strengths we craft a vision of wellness which provides a framework to choose and refine achievable goals. Your goals can include all kinds of lifestyle choices: exercise, social connection, career, nutrition, personal goals. Start with a free half hour to explore the possibilities. Nutritional Coaching:
First stop: clarifying your goals: a lift of energy or spirits, improvement of weight, anxiety, joint pain, inflammation or a chronic condition. The next step is to identify the elements most critical for your recovery, be they: balancing blood sugar, fatty acids or minerals; resolving food sensitivities or digestive issues, learning how to incorporate a healthy diet into your complicated life. As these elements come into balance and your body receives the nutrients it needs for healing to take place, you might discover greater clarity and energy, normalization of weight and resolution of long lasting health concerns.
